All of our orders are hand-packed by the team in the UK, and delivered by DPD/EVRI.
We aim to pack and dispatch within 5 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped to the contact method that you provided upon checkout. Orders are not always packed and shipped same day, therefore you will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives with any damage or missing items then please contact us at contact@yokomukiautomotive.com with photographic evidence as well as your order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return items unless the order has arrived damaged from postage. If this happens please get in touch by contacting contact@yokomukiautomotive.

All our orders are quality checked before they are posted meaning the likelihood of the above happening is minimal.
